other business/organization.
(2) QLab does NOT act as a standard-writing body directly or indirectly affiliated with
any other business/organization.
(3) QLab does NOT provide building assessment or remediation services directly or

taking samples without proper training on building assessment and other necessary
skills. Seminars and workshops provided by QLab are only for continuing education
of properly trained professionals.
(5) QLab does NOT sell meaningless home testing kits to consumers. We will only
perform analysis of pre-qualified home testing kits sold by other companies when

training. New clients must be pre-qualified on the basis of their relevant experience

an undisclosed mathematical formula, to enable under-trained professionals to
interpret the lab report.
(8) QLab does NOT skip necessary lab analysis/review procedures or hire
under-qualified staff in order to provide quicker turnaround times or low-priced
services, which would compromise quality assurance.
(9) QLab does NOT provide comments regarding building mold conditions on lab
reports which enable under-trained professionals to write an assessment report.
Comments on QLab's reports are limited to the sample analysis only. Conclusions
regarding building contamination conditions are the responsibility of the qualified
professional who performs the building assessment.
(10) QLab does NOT include in its analytical reports fungal description statements
taken from medical text books based upon the analysis of clinical samples which are
not applicable to environmental sampling.
(11) QLab does NOT report results in any way other than is unbiased and defensible
to ensure the best technical support for sampling projects which may be subject to
scrutiny in potential or current legal cases.
